3.1 Guidance Sessions

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. To modify a booking, you must inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start using our contact form. Late modifications may not be accommodated.

3.2 Digital Resources

Access is granted immediately after payment. Downloads must be completed within 30 days of purchase.

3.3 Physical Items

Items are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery times vary by region. Shipping fees may apply.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Guidance Sessions

Once a session has been completed, refunds are not available. This policy ensures our instructors dedicate their time and expertise specifically to you. To modify an appointment, please refer to section 3.1.

4.2 Digital Resources

If you have not downloaded the resource, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us via our contact form. Approved refunds are applied to the original payment method within 5 business days.

4.3 Physical Items

You may send back items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition and packaging. To begin the process, contact us at our contact form. Once we have received and examined the item, an approved refund will be applied to the original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping fees are not refundable.

CalmOneMind reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes become effective upon posting.
